With a maximum opening of 500 mm with respect to the diameter to be crimped, S500 ES crimping machine is able to crimp industrial hoses up to 12” with big flanges, thanks to the extra stroke of its dies holders.
MAIN FEATURES:

– “6 o’clock fixed position” of the die for greater stability of the hose during crimping;

The Stopflex retention system was designed to arrest the trajectory of the flexible hose, thus avoiding that the energy contained inside may trigger a frightening “whip effect”.
As a matter of fact, thanks to the Stopflex system, the hose is secured to the plant by means of a cable protecting both the operators and components.

On September, the 7th, 2015 the first F35 made in the air base of Cameri (Novara, Italy) took off.
